So what do we charge?

Typical scenario: Lets say you accidentally deleted a folder containing important photos of loved ones about a week ago but only just noticed today. The chances are still good (because of the way a PC works) that we can recover these files. However leave it longer and the more work you continue to do on your PC, such as creating documents or downloading files from the internet etc., means the chances of a successful recovery are reduced.

For all files we recover the total charge would be £55.00 + VAT

* A small charge to cover fuel costs will be levied if items were picked up by us and no files were recovered. Ranges from £5 to Max £15 (depending on location) Up to radius of 25 miles of Rotherham.
