• What does that get you?
• 1 SQL Express Server database Installation.
• 1 Database installed on the above
• 1 Client Application licence (User) (the software itself) Can be installed on the same machine as the server or on another machine on the same network
• Extra Users are available for £299 each.
• One off payment for the software. We don't coerce you into signing up for an open ended contract (that can be pulled at any time if you upset the software company) unlike some other companies. They may sound cheaper on a monthly basis but think 18 months, 2 years down the line and your still paying out?
  • More importantly with a traditional Client-Server Software system its installed on your own hardware.
  • If you have any problems you can usually get hardware up and running within hours.
  • As you are with WEB based programs you are not at the mercy of an unreliable or slow Internet connection (what happens if the line goes down? or you fall out with your ISP? Or maybe have accounting disagreements (it happens often) You loose the internet connection and you loose your software as well! This could be catastrophic for your business, on a par with a serious fire or flood? You are unable to process vacancies, candidates and contact clients...
• Once installed and up and running the software is yours in perpetuity (subject to the usual software licence terms and conditions)
• Training is available at £375 per day (we recommend 2 days the basics can be taught in less (if you are a quick learner!)) We pay for our own travel and accommodation we don't charge you extra... We get to you for 9:00am sharp (or earlier if you wish) and leave you... well, to be honest, you will have had enough for one day by 5 pm but if not, then we'll call it a day within reason. No sense in finishing early if you are on a roll is there?
• Optional support contract £350 per year includes telephone support (direct to our developers), email support, and free upgrades and bug fixes.
• Otherwise its email support only (usually a next day response to posed questions)
• The SMS side does require you to set up an account with another SMS service provider. Usually Web Based, (but we are developing the ability for you to hook up your own mobile phone to your PC and send directly through that.)
